Attend the property and install the correct number and type of smoke alarms required for 2022 compliance

Alarms may be hard wired and/or wireless, depending on the layout of the property and existing alarms

All alarms will be interconnected for compliance. Any hard wired alarms must be replaced with hard wired alarms

An inspection report will be issued upon completion, stating that the property now complies with all QLD legal requirements with regards to smoke alarms

Pool Fence Compliance

A Be Legal licensed pool safety inspector will check the pool barrier/fence for compliance, including all pool gates.

The inspector will identify items in the non-climable zone and ensure the CPR sign complies with current legislation

A full report with photos will be issued and any repairs recommended (if required)

Return inspection to the property to check repairs have been completed and the pool is compliant (if required) $59
