Designed to meet current legislative requirements, including smoke alarm maintenance inspections at each lease renewal and change for QLD rental properties with interconnected bedroom alarms. Our package includes:
- Annual inspection, test, and clean of all smoke alarms in the property.
- Attendance at lease renewal and change to ensure maintenance requirements are met.
- Installation of Alarms from $119 per alarm where required, with a seven-year product warranty.
- Compliance report following each inspection (emailed and downloadable via portal).
- Ongoing access to our 24/7 Emergency Service for sounding smoke alarms*.
- Complimentary re-attendance for beeping or faulty smoke alarms.
- Optional add-on services (additional fee applies): corded window safety devices, safety switch testing, and water meter readings.
