Total Subscription Package

Designed to meet current legislative requirements, including smoke alarm maintenance inspections at each lease renewal and change for QLD rental properties with interconnected bedroom alarms. Our package includes:

  • Annual inspection, test, and clean of all smoke alarms in the property.
  • Attendance at lease renewal and change to ensure maintenance requirements are met.
  • Installation of Alarms from $119 per alarm where required, with a seven-year product warranty.
  • Compliance report following each inspection (emailed and downloadable via portal).
  • Ongoing access to our 24/7 Emergency Service for sounding smoke alarms*.
  • Complimentary re-attendance for beeping or faulty smoke alarms.
  • Optional add-on services (additional fee applies): corded window safety devices, safety switch testing, and water meter readings.
